Version 2.17.1 – Fixed some broken roads

Updated version of the former Canadream and coast2coast maps which makes what we truck drivers call the triangle more realistic.
It contains updates scenery, roads and cities as well as added following new cities:

New Brunswick:
Hartland
Woodstock
Florenceville-Bristol
Saint John

New Jersey:
Jersey City

Massachusets:
Westboro

Connecticut:
Enfield

New York:
Conklin
Buffalo
Long Island

Price Edward Island:
Charlottetown
