Compatibility update with ATS 1.51 and Reforma 2.7.7

Some signage changes on some of the freeway access roads.

Minor Urban Overhaul has not yet been updated for ATS 1.51 and may result in a game crash. Use Lite Urban Overhaul for now until Quaristice updates the mod.

Load order:

MUO/SN Compatibility Patch (optional) (ATS 1.47 and newer)

MUO/Reforma Compatibility Patch
Reforma Sierra Nevada Legacy (optional) (ATS 1.47 and newer)
Reforma map file
Mega Resources (ATS 1.43 and newer)
Either Minor Urban Overhaul or Lite Urban Overhaul
