Redesign of the Volkswagen Passat B3 Sedan

What’s Done:

Fixed sensors that would not display when the lights were off
Changed the color of the sensors to green when turned on

Speed and rotation arrows have been adjusted, now they are accurate
Engine power and torque have been adjusted, now they are accurate
Fixed some jBEAM nodes that caused the game to crash
Added the latest version of PBR for materials
