What Has Been Done:
Added more lighting around the shops in the city;
New gas station behind the police and fire station;
New police impound lot;
A new store is under construction;
Access from the back through charging stations for electric vehicles;

Speed bumps have been adjusted and signs have been added;
Many other minor changes.

In Version 0.5.5:
All lights now turn on and off automatically [Significant performance boost];
1/4-mile drag strip;
More visual improvements;
Support for update 0.34 – Trees are no longer orange.
