Description

Redoing River Highway Rework (based on the River Highway ver 1.7.1 map from unyxium).
After playing River Highway for a while, I felt that it lacked many features, so by contacting Unyxium to get permission to download my own version, I made the following changes:

Added Features:

Smoothed out some sections of the highway
Added separation barriers around the highway
Added fixed speed cameras on the highway
Added an average-speed camera on the big bridge
Added an industrial area with a port, distribution warehouses and a steel mill
Added a drift arena
Added a park for rallycross
Added several roads for drifting
A city has been added
Added several garages with interiors

Added gantry cranes for highways
Redesigned several highway interchanges
Added distribution buildings near the dam, the main city and the drift arena
Added a civil construction site
Construction sites have been added (keep an eye on the average speed zone at the beginning/end of Highway 11)
Added vans with speed cameras
