In Version 0.79:
The missing 2D forest wall along the edge of the map towards the island has been restored;
Added basketball rings on the basketball court on the island;
Material corrections and collision grid optimization;
Added a “legendary” fire hydrant near the green garage.
This map is a direct port of the city “Valo” from the game Street Legal Racing: Redline. I started in November 2019 as a free time, however as I got less and less free time, progress slowed down and eventually stopped. Over the past 3 years, no work has been done on it (a lot of work has been done in the last month). At the moment there is Traffic AI on the map (works average).

Map Features:
Island
Sights and unique buildings

Long and open highways
A dense city and a suburb are separated by a canal
More than 63 km of carriageways
Working gas stations
Excellent optimization will work on any PC

What Else Needs To Be Done:
Adjust the lighting;
Good AI (currently there are AI, however, they don’t know how many lanes there are because the waypoint-based AI ignores the lanes left and lanes right variables.);
Various general settings;
Fine polishing, mainly with materials and file structure.
