Combines, fixes, and merges three Greenland map mods (SFIGC, Project Greenland, ProMods – Nuuk). Overwrites SFIGC’s Nuuk with ProMods ‘Nuuk, overwrites SFIGC’s Nanortalik with Project Greenland’s Nanortalik.
Fixes all conflicts between those three maps.
Optimizes the amount of ferries.
