Combines, fixes and merges three Greenland map mods (SFIGC, Project Greenland, ProMods Nuuk),
Overwrites SFIGC’s Nuuk with ProMods’ Nuuk and overwrites SFIGC’s Nanortalik with Project Greenland’s Nanortalik,
Fixes all conflicts between those three maps,
Optimizes the amount of ferries.
