Fixed non working companies
Added 200km road in Kirov Oblast and Komi Republic

Map that was supposed to add road from Current kirov map 1.6 to naryan mar but the project is discontinued as kirov is about to release new version which will contain road up to Syktyvkar city
I will continue mapping and on same regions but except almost: whole Komi Republic, Kirov Oblast, and Arkhangielsk Oblast
