Download the file from the link below
my documents/euro truck simulator 2/mod
You have to put it in the folder.
Then you should come to the mod manager from the game and activate the Onal Map file. You do not need to Open a New Profile.
ALL MAP DLCs REQUIRED (INCLUDING IBERIA)
There is no innovation on the map, it is only adapted to version 1.43
