This is a map maybe expanded upon in the future and consists of the city of the returned cities of Haapsalu and Kärdla (island of Hiiumaa).

Load order: Just load it above ProMods files. Should be compatible with any other ProMods add-on as long as they don't touch these sectors.

Find the mods folder on your computer
