Replaced missing tree which caused a game crash
Big thanks to yesilcinar who found this solution to avoid the game crash

This mod replaces the standard garages with a slightly changed version which adds a few models like… :
parking cars (outside)

a parking truck (inside the garage)
an office (with workers and strangers)
workers (inside the garage)
customizable company signs

To bring a little bit more life into your garage.
(Models will appear depending on the time of day and weather.)

How to install this mod (Full installation guide)
