Added an indicator of remaining fuel / adblue as a percentage of the tank
Added a mileage counter to the default screen
Added an ETA indicator (estimated arrival time), hidden when time is unavailable (no delivery, no navigation, etc…)

Added a time indicator until rest is needed, hidden when the fatigue option is disabled
A turbocharging sensor has been added
