It makes all the closed roads in the game open. removes barriers on all roads. There is no closed road. all DLC works.

Tried in version 1.45 it is working properly.

Changes:

Made some improvements for Version 1.45.
Fully adapted to Version 1.45.
With the update of the map, changing roads, buildings, and empty areas have been adjusted.
35 closed roads have been made open in the new update. 15 Empty land has been made usable.

How to install this mod (Full installation guide)
