This mod extends the timing signals for traffic lights with the following modifications:

Green Light Signal Interval: 24 seconds (26 seconds in certain countries).
Yellow Signal Interval After Green: 4 seconds before turning red.
Yellow Signal After Red: 2 seconds before turning green (not applicable in some countries).
Interval Between Traffic Light Pattern Switching: 2 seconds for regions without a yellow signal after red.

Note: The red signal duration may vary depending on the complexity of the traffic light pattern.

Additional Modifications Include:

Dimming the traffic light bulb while the light is OFF.
Extended refuel time at gas stations for AI vehicles (cars and trucks).
Increased border document check time, which varies for cars and trucks.
Faster opening of barriers at toll booths and border checks.
