My Changes:

• Updated all 3D models to version 1.51
• Complete rewrite of the registration for accessories, chassis, engines, gearboxes, and weight to align with realistic TTX
• Translated all dummies into Russian, Ukrainian, and English
• Removed unnecessary files
• Added missing .mat files and resolved all log errors (note: one error remains concerning high polygon counts on the chassis; however, it does not affect gameplay)

Compatible with game versions 1.50 and 1.51, and may work on version 1.49 (not personally tested).
