2) Buy the truck, save the game, and then join TruckersMP.
3) Enjoy driving

Warning: Do not try to modify a truck in order not to lose some accessories

Find the mods folder on your computer
- Windows – /Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod
Copy the downloaded file to your Mods folder
