Fixed interior & engine sounds.
Fixed Dashboard and GPS glare.

Added shadows & adjusted chrome on various exhausts.

Dashboard lights have proper luminance values. (They now show up during the day)
Converted several out of date pmg’s.
Can now take Heavy Haul & Special Transport jobs from the Quick Job menu.
