You have to download the Crosetto PC Pack aswell, this mod is only additional!

Features:

Added automatic loading and unloading wooden trunk on the supported selling points or factories
Added selling station wooden trunk
Added the italian license plates, in addition to having specific logos and the yellow color, they have the characteristic of using a square plate called “R” repeater which will have the same content as the vehicle attached
Added support for lubricating grease
