Extension to the base game dolly allows attaching to harvesters and enables PTO to be used on various tools.

v1.1.0.0:

Increased movement range for trailer attacher to allow for different height hitch

Useful functions include but are not limited to:

Bale straw with a harvester in a single pass.
Bale grass with a mower.
Attach trailers to forage harvester/harvester.
Correct for a mismatch between trailers and vehicle attacher points.

Until GE is updated publicly, there are no visible connections for hoses, PTO, etc.
