Place “barcelona_2023” folder into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Add this line “dlcpacks:/barcelona_2023/” to the dlclist.xml which can be found in
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Known Issues:

• Grandstand has broken textures
• LOD Lights may flicker or disappear when getting close to them
