After seeing buggy and impossible to enter Batcaves, I’ve made one you can enter with suits, gadgets, Robin, Alfred, Bat Vehicles, Med bay, Museum, Workshop, Science Areas and Bat Computer !
There is also many other places
Batcave will open when loaded
Fortress of solitude is far from the city but use one of the JL teleporters in the Batcave or Flash base to teleport to JL and then to the Fortress
Oracles home is at Trevors 2nd Safehouse
Penguin is at the office in the strip club
Joker is at the Slaughter house
Riddler is at Roger’s Scrap
Bane is at the Steel Factory
Red Hood’s base is at the epsilon room
Batcave year 1 is at Hayes Auto Mechanic
Flash Base is at Humane Labs
Bullock is at the Police Station office

Gordon is at the Police Station roof and the morgue
Lois is at the medium end apartment closest to the sherrifs office at paleto
Wayne Manor is Madrazo Ranch
Wayne Enterprises is Maze Bank Tower
You will need your standard mod requirements for NibsMods Batman Mod and Interiors V

Would recommend Bat Signal Moons Mod for more immersion

You will still need Open All Interiors as well as Interiors V, this may cause small issues but I am yet to find a solution. It’s not in the prop folder in the file but Wayne Enterprises sign can be downloaded from a map I’ve linked if you want it.
