How To Access:
Drag n’ Drop The ‘ Outbreak ‘ XML Files Into GTA V > Menyoo > Spooner.
Load The Game and Load The File.

!!! You Will Spawn Outside The Cabin That Is Just Down The Road From The Humane Labs Facility. Walk / Drive Down To The Entrance Of The Facility And You Will See The Props. I Left It Alone With Peds So You Can Spawn Them In And Set Them Up In Any-Way You Please.
