1: First Extract ( Pak P.M Protocol+ Escort ) Mod.
2: Then open Extracted File.
3: Copy Pak P.M Protocol + Rally File.
4: Open your GTA 5 Main Directory.
5: Go to Menyoo Stuff.

How To Spawn Pak P.M Protocol + Rally in GTA 5
1: First Open Your Game (GTA V)
2: Press F8 to open Menyoo Trainer
3: Go to object spooner.
4: Manage Saved Files.
5: Pak P.M Protocol + Rally
6: Load Placements
7: Back to object spooner
8: Go to edit multiple files Simultaneously
9: Here Select All
10: Back once again
11: Tap Enter on Start Task Sequence
