Drop folder to mod/update/x64/dlcpacks and edit dlclist.xml from mod/update/update.rpf/common/data

add this line

dlcpacks:/union/ for solo

just add source for fivem

versions beta ,
in the near future I will correct, collisions, but also textures which are of bad taste, add props, to make the maps more alive, the lights to play at night but also 1 or 2 garages,
