Dutch From Red Dead Redemption 1 Ported to GTA 5

So This was Dutch’s plan all along…. it was about moving to los santos instead of tahiti.

This Mod’s Features:
1 : Fully working facial animations
2 : Fully rigged hands, for example The Fingers Move.
3 : Dutch Uses proper Normals and Specular From RDR 1 but edited a little bit to make it compatible with GTA 5
Installation Instructions:

You need this mod in order to add Dutch As An Addon Peds: addonpeds

Or Replace any Ped Or Character model Of Your Choice, all you need to do is rename Dutch’s files to Any Character model or ped you choose, for Example ig_bankman or ig_barry and replace them.
