Open OpenIV
Enable “Edit mode”
Don’t Forget To Rename The Files!
Drag and drop files where you want to replace them for example:

Grand Theft Auto V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_mp.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01/jbib_009_u.ydd
