How To Install
Once you have addonpedsinstalled

Installation:
Using Open IV, put all files into GTA V>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>add on peds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
Run Add on Peds
Click “New Ped” input the name “soul_eater” or copy /paste this soul_eater
Set Ped Type to “female” and Is streamed “False”.
press REBUILD.

There is NO staff. That would have to been added as an addon weapon.
