This mod adds adds a playable Arthur Morgan
the mod is set up to switch Trevor as detailed in the instructions but you can switch it to the other player characters

Features:
full facial and hand animations

bugs: there some may be some odd weighting in places especially then mouth and heat vision doesn’t really work

Instructions:
Replace contents in (mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf) with whats my files
then in (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mppatchesng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches.rpf) delete contents in player_Two folder and replace the player Two ymt
do the same at (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday3ng.rpf) you can also delete the contents in (C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/trevor_outfits.rpf/player_two_trevor_heist) but this may cause instability
