Installation:

Extract the archive, then open the shin sonic folder
Open OpenIV and place files into GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > addonpeds > dlc.rpf > peds.rpf
Run AddonPeds (make sure to Run as administrator)
Select “New Ped,” enter the name “shin sonic”
Set Ped Type to “male” and Streamed to “False”
Click REBUILD
