Requirements:
Download the model
Put the files in the zip in here: “mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > addonpeds > DLC.rpf > peds.rpf”
Add it on the list in addonpeds (remember this is a streamed ped).
In-game, press L if you have the selector or open Menyoo, go to “player options > change models > favorites > add model” and write in the name of the model.
