This head model is base originally on vanilla head model, and I just remodeled it. And for the skin textures, you can directly download them from Adorest: New Face for Franklin V1. Installation path: using OpenIV, dont forget to Enable Edit mode. mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mppatchesng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches.rpf/player one paste the file inside the player one folder, and Done!
