INSTALLATION:

with OpenIV, drop the foler “f2012” in: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
and add this line “dlcpacks:/f2012/” in dlclist,
in: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
