dials does function but placement is a tad off like i said still a W.I.P

Installation Instructions
Drag and drop bluebird2016 into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks…

Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and right click on dlclist.xml and edit and add the following lines

dlcpacks:/bluebird2016/
