ADD ON：
1）Go to: GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
2）Extract Dlclist.xml And Add This Line:
dlcpacks:/vellfire23lhd/
3）Go to: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacksand make a folder called vellfire23lhd add the included dlc.rpf file
