Installation:
Copy 2021m5 folder to
x:Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks.
Use OpenIV extract
x:Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdate update.rpf commondata dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line.
dlcpacks:2021m5
Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
