I dont know why Rockstar did not make this iconic vehicle since GTA SA..
Well.. now you can finally enjoy it because I convert this beautiful model from IV into V, with some of my edits.

    • breakable windows

To Do:

  • working dials
  • and I hope better textures
  • LODs

Install:

  • drop oceanic folder into update/x64/dlcpacks
  • add line in dlclist.xml, dlcpacks:/oceanic/
  • spawn name: oceanic
