1. Copy Deluxowb Folder To:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV Go To:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line

dlcpacks:/deluxowb/

Car Spawn Name: deluxowb

Features:
Wide Body Kit

Glow in the dark parts (Change color with dash color)
Air Suspension
Nitrous
Drift Handling (Optional)
Livery Template (First time creating a template sorry if its shit)
Tuning mods
Better handling
Better engine sound

If you want a better engine sound that fits the car I recommend this one that is by Aquaphobic
