Place the “mx5” folder in the dlcpacks folder with the same folder structure as Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks;
Edit the dlclist.xml file (Grand Theft Auto V/mods/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml) and add the line “dlcpacks:/mx5/”.

You can use any trainer to spawn the car.
