Place the Rario folder in the following directory:
gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Next, right-click on dlclist.xml and select Edit:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Add the following line to the dlclist.xml:
dlcpacks:/rario/
Save your changes and exit the editor.
