Install
Copy Mgt500 Folder To:
/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Use OpenIV Extract:
/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Add New Line:

dlcpacks:/mgt500 /

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

Spawn name: mgt500
