One moment, you think a postal truck is rolling your way, and the next, you’re confronted by an awkwardly-dressed battalion of helmet-clad troops unleashing chaos upon your friends for what could be deemed a minor violation of the law. Believe it or not, these trucks didn’t always just deliver letters that the government has long stopped bothering to intercept. Before the era of armored, glassy-eyed vans, there were the Boxvilles—ideal for transporting a squad of cocky gunslingers ready to shoot first and ask questions later, thanks to the seemingly endless space available in the back. So gear up, fire up the van, and brace yourself for some action that no montage can capture.

NOOSE Boxville

When it comes to armed confrontations, remember the first rule: never go in without a divine voice guiding your soul—or at least a nerd on the comms who’s ready to regurgitate advice you’ve already heard a thousand times. The Boxville, with its spacious interior, provides plenty of room for all the gear that nerds require in a place like San Andreas, where chaos reigns daily and those you’re supposed to lead may be a bit tipsy from one too many before the mission. With this van, no impossible mission needs to clutter into a circus of death—unless, of course, you’re working alongside clowns.

Installation

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the ‘mods’ folder, or create one in the GTA V directory if it doesn’t exist.
3. Copy the nboxville folder from the provided archive into the mods folder.
4. Go to ‘dlclist.xml’ located in update/update.rpf/common/data/ and copy the entire catalog into the mods folder.
5. Add “dlcpacks:/nboxville/” to the bottom of the list within the dlclist.xml file.
6. If done correctly, the mod should now be ready to use.

This pack includes two Boxville models: “nboxville” (NOOSE) and “polboxville” (Police).

Known Bugs

The lightbar glass does not break.
