x:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

• — Use OpenIV to extract:

x:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Then open it with Notepad and add the following new line:

dlcpacks:/sccsemi/

Save your changes and use OpenIV to replace the existing file.

To spawn it, use the name: sccsemi scctuoche2
