This is as close to the real thing as possible going off dozens of pics of the actual digital paint design. If anyone can find the actual pilots name in red, I will add it and update it. The only name in red that is clear is the Crew Chiefs name.

This mod makes the thumbnail for DC Design’s F-14 look vanilla (Match the style of Microsoft’s thumbnails) To Install: Open the “F-14 Thumbnails” folder Copy the “SimObjects” folder Go to your F-14 folder location Paste the “Simobjects” folder into the Boeing F-14 folder Click “replace all” Done!
