On Windows, it is located at Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods, the same goes for MAC.
If you can't find the Mods folder try the following steps:
  • Open The Sims 4 and click on the "Options" button in the main menu.
  • Select "Game Options" and then click on the "Other" tab.
  • In the "Other" tab, check a field labeled "Enable Custom Content and Mods".
  • Restart the game.
  • This will create the Mods folder.

Can Sims 4 mods be in folders?

Are Sims 4 mods free?
