- Global AI vehicle limit tuned: 50 → 35 (CPU relief)
- Optimized spawn/despawn distances (less background simulation)
- Detail grass density reduced to 40% + draw distance tuned (GPU relief)
- Rain and thunderstorms far less frequent — the worst FPS scenario, now rare
