Replaces some SCS Models on the map with custom, better looking ones. Models that currently get replaced:

Skidsteer Loader
Teleloader
Grain Carts

Crawler Tractor
Fertilizer Spreader
Wheel-Loader (requires JCB pack)
Backhoe-Loader (requires JCB pack)
More will come in the future

Information For ATS Expansion Users:
Instead of adding the JCB and Farm Equipment Pack as dependencies to the ATS Expansion map mod, we decided to add placeholders, that are getting replaced by the actual machines when using Model Replacer and owning the respective DLCs. In order for that to work Model Replacer should be put above ATS Expansion in the mod manager.

This mod is also marked as optional for SCS MP.
Tested on version 1.50-1.54
