What is the password for the archive?
Rename the 123 file to the exact same as the other file then extract them both
ATS_PNG_PE_1.14 only has a 002 file in there. No 001 file so you CANNOT extract it. Other file works as it should.
U do know that a .rar file you have to extract what’s in there to get the mod.
