Description

Simple mod that replaces some incorrect versions of default state license plates to their current design.
It also adds semi truck and trailer along with police and high patrol license plates.

Changed New York from blue and gold design to “Excelsior” design
Added Illinois and Indiana truck, trailer, police and highway patrol plates
