Adds a ferry from Galveston Texas to Terramaps Caribbean's Key West Florida, so the mod can be used without needing C2C. Compatible with 1.46

It changes the default speed limits set for each state by C2C, meaning the game will no longer revert back to a lesser speed than is otherwise signposted. Place my mod above the increased road speed limit mod and place both mods above all maps in your load order.
